Coming Spring 2027

The geometry of the universe is not what Galileo thought it was.

• Special relativity destroyed the notion that space and time are separate. There’s no such thing as now.
• General relativity showed that gravity comes from geometry: it comes from bending the flat universe of special relativity.

We’ll tackle these ideas with a spirit that is a little more math-y than a physics class, and a little more physics-y than a math class.
